DONT QUIT

I read this poen\m somewhere yesterday and I liked it a lot so I just want to share it with you all,

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up, though the pace seems slow -
You might succeed with another blow.

Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the victor's cup.
And he learned too late, when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt -
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you mustn't quit.

Source Of Inspiration

It is necessary to have of inspiration, many will not agree so just listen to my viewpoints:
Many says that I do not need to know about other persons life because my life is my own and I am going to create it in mah way,but just ask yourself, is it always possible?? The answer that will come from your heart is absolutely NO. Why the situations that we will be facing, other persons in the past must also have faced those kind(more or less), so it is better to have your ideals and see  how they have reacted in those situations, If they reaction is fruitful then you also do the same thing else look for other inspiration.

" Inspiration helps in changing your thinking while motivation helps you in changing actions " but your thoughts convert into actions so it is necessary to first change your thinking.
I have many sources of inspiration, for example:
1. whenever I fails, I take inpiration from Thomas Edison and starts working again.
2. While playing cricket, I always think that how Sachin will play this kind of ball.
3. Whenever I thinks of being loving, I look to my parents.
4. whenever I think of helping others, I takes inspiration from Mother Teresa.

So to be successful it is necessary to have some ideals in life, I am not saying that always do the repeated things, there are many who used to do things differently because their source of inspiration is Albert Einstein who always used to think in a different manner. So more or less we are knowingly or unknowingly affected by the persons around us and in the history.

In the end, I only want to say that have your ideals in life because it really helps in facing all kinds of situations, and also motivates you a lot.

LAW OF ATTRACTION

There is only law in universe that actually works -> Law of Attraction. By this I don't mean the attraction between 2 or more persons but trying to say that iof you are seriously attracted towards a thing person in the world. You are going to get it as the whole universe conspires for it. That is why it is also said that there is no randomness in universe.
Let me explain more clearly. By this I mean to say that whatever you want to acheive in life, constantly think about it, act in accordance and sooner or later, your aim will be fulfilled. Anyhting that you will do or acheive is ensured by this law.
"What you think, What you feel and what manifests, is always a match , no exception ."
I want to tell you about the miracle man. He got very badly injured in an air crash and doctors said that he will now have to remain in the bed for the rest of his life, and even on bed he cant move properly, but after two years this man actually started walking. Doctors were unable to explain because they were unaware of the power of this Law. According to  him, the day doctors said I can't walk again in my life, I made one promise to me that I will not let this happen, So I always see myself walking , running, laughing and finally  Iacheived it.
So just remember what a mind can conceive, it can acheive." But this law can also work against you, you think negatively and the negativity is going to destroy you, Thus even negative bad  example I will not be afraid is going to make you afraid, just think I will be courageous, Dont think about unwanted things in any form.
That is why Mother Teresa said "I will never attain anti-war rallies, call me when there are peace rallies."
Because anti war rallies have the word war in it.

So in the end I only want to say, that what you want to acheive, start thinking about it, every action should be accordingly and You know the result.
"You are the Michelangelo of your own life, What you think that you tend to become. " I strongly recommend you to watch a movie "The Secret " at least once.
"I f you think you can or You can't , both ways you are right."There is nothing as impossible as the word Impossible itself says "I m Possible." so just go and cut out this word from the dictionary.

whenever we think he is on the verge of retirement he plays an innings of life. sorry my readers but I dont have enough words in my vocab to describe this person. If you are a regular reader of my blogs, then one will notice that I use to refer him a lot because I respects him a lot not only due to his game but also due to his attitude towards life.
Just think about the confidence this man has in himself, at the age of 16 when whole cricket was afraid of the pakistan bowling bowling attack, he faced them very easily. I respect him due to his devotion towards the game, right from his childhood till now & also because of the great gentleman he is, look how humble he is.
At the end I would like to quote these lines as published in the newspaper

When Sachin Tendulkar travelled to Pakistan to face one of the finest bowling attacks ever assembled in cricket, Michael Schumacher was yet to race a F1 car, Lance Armstrong had never been to the Tour de France, Diego Maradona was still the captain of a world champion Argentina team, Pete Sampras had never won a Grand Slam. When Tendulkar embarked on a glorious career taming Imran and company, Roger Federer was a name unheard of; Lionel Messi was in his nappies, Usain Bolt was an unknown kid in the Jamaican backwaters. The Berlin Wall was still intact, USSR was one big, big country, Dr Manmohan Singh was yet to "open" the Nehruvian economy. It seems while Time was having his toll on every individual on the face of this planet, he excused one man. Time stands frozen in front of Sachin Tendulkar. We have had champions, we have had legends, but we have never had another Sachin Tendulkar and we never will."

This is what our Little Master is all about…………

LOVE AND HELP

One of my friends always use to say that "After the verb to love, to help is the most beautiful world." And I totally agrees with him, and also I believe that love and help go hand in hand , you only help a person when you love him and helping increases the love between the two.
What is help? Maybe my notation of help is different. I never say that showing pity is help, that' why giving the healtghy beggar money is not ht ehelp, but pity. help is when you make him able to make his own living. Helping and loving serves two purposes:
1. You are raised in your own eyes and that is why you feel better.
2. Life of other person improves in one or other way.

"If you cannot love the man, whom you can see, then how are you going to love the GOD whom you cannot see. "So, do not be a person who just goes to temple  to worship God,bow headsand come back, but actually follow HIS teachings and realize it. The true worship is in the realization. Remember that "What you gives away, you keeps forever and what you keeps may be lost."
So, the true life is lived by a person who devotes his life in the well doing of others. here, I am not saying that you give all the money you have and becomes a saint. It can be in many ways. For e.g. Edison served by giving us light, gandhiji By independence, and so on.
In the end I would like to quote the following lines from ROBIN'S book "The saint, surfer and the Ceo."
"i expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kind of kindness or do good things, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again. "

Women Reservation Bill

Finally, women reservation bill is passed for Rajya Sabha with an objective to improve the condition of women in India and make them more independent by giving them more participation in Politics. But will it really be helpful, It will need a very detailed Analysis because There is always more than meets the eye.

First of all, we need to look at the present condition of women in India. If we leave out the metropolitan and other big cities, no one can deny the fact that the present condition of women in India is sympathetic and reallly bad in the villages.
So , who are going to get the advantage ? I believe it is mainly the females that belongs to well-to-do families. I remember in U.P when there was money given to allg girls who passes board award were given cash money, who actually received it, the girls who really don't need it and there was no scope for the true needy. Why this happens?
The main reason is the lack of education and other things that they never get to know about these. Even I believe that if you go to village then majority of women will have no idea about the bill.
Previously, we have seen that there are reservations in panchayat for women, although not revolutioning but its results have been good. Therefore I totally supports the Mulayam and Lalu claim of reservation within reservation. Also when women from small places gets power, she is better because She exactly knows how  to improve the life-conditions in those places asc ompared to those who have only bookish knowledge. We all also need to eradicate enemies like dowry sytem, satipratha, caste system, etc if we really want to improve India.
So, lot more is being needed to be done but i will like to congratulate the government for this wonderful step.It is the beginning of a new India where woman is going to walk side by side with man by equally sharing powers in each and every field.

LUCK

Einstein said that "I am sure that God never plays dices."
That is he meant to say that there is nothing in the world as LUCK.
It is your preparation and attitude that is going to make you successful and not LUCK.

When Sachin score 200, many said that Sachin is a lucky person, but is it so?
I decided to look into the life of Sachin and found out that my perception of luck was true. Sachin was a person who used to practice 14 hours a day from the time when majority of us have not overcome the age of crying on petty things, there has been many days when he was so tired that he just sleeps on the dining table while eating the food, but he never compromised with his practice hours. Such a person is not lucky, he truly deserves what he is getting.
What is luck, in my view Luck is preparation and recognition of oppurtinites, bad luck is poor preparation or missed oppurtunities and nothing else.
By preparation I mean the extent to which you are ready to fully utilize the oppurtunity that comes your way.So just be active, be always on the lookout for oppurtunities and never compromise with your preapration, It is your attitude will make you, whatever you becomes. Everyone acknowledges the power of Hard work but how many of us really do hard work in our life, very few to the extent that is required and then we blame our luck .
Michelangelo said "If you look at my life then my acheivement will not seem wonderful." because he has sacrificed a lot for the fulfillment of his dream.
So the only way to turn the tide in your way is to have a great attitude. "Your attitude determines your Altitude."
How to recognize the oppurtunities?? Well I can't comment much on that because honestly speaking, till now I am preparing myself for the recognition of oppurtunity so that whenever it comes I can fully utilize it. I can only tell (may be I am wrong) what I am doing at the moment, I am trying to increase my knowledge of business, and does that devote some time in thinking of a great idea, hoping that one day it will come and I am prettysure that it will come,  I am writing down whatever I am thinking, at the moment I am trying to imagine as Einstein said "Imagination is far more important than knowledge." So, you can also do the same thing and I am very much sure a good idea will strike in your mind to work upon.

I will strongly suggest you to read the book "The magic of thinking Big" by David Schwartz.

DREAMS

Throughout my life, I have been criticized a lot as I am agreat Dreamer. I have always talked about doing great things because I strongly believe that as thinking is not free, then why not Think Big. In my view, our goal is - "A dream Acted upon."
The bigger your dream is , the greater your goal is.
I have always the following MANTRA in my life:
1. ThinkBig
2. Work Hard
3. Get yourself mentally prepared for the worst case.

I can guarantee you folks that if you follow these, then you will always be delighted whatever the results you are obtaining for your endeavours.

Lot of persons say that this is the practical world, we have to be practical. and so do not dream.Well in my view, these are the most impractical persons in the life because they are dreaded to think and accept that "Whatever a mind can conceive can conceive, it can acheive."They are afraid of the great capability that is residing within each one of us.So never listens to those persons. Just look at the history. All persons who are actually successful are so because "They have a dream in their eyes."
I have to give the Wilma Rudolph example: She was infected with polio, but she said "I want to be the fastest runner in the world."This was her statement at the age of 9." In the whole world, it was only her mother that supported her.Doctors have said that she will not be able to walk properly again once again in life. But she completed her first race in school at the age of 13, became the fastest runner in school at the age of 15, Then she went for training, and We all know what happened in 1960, Olympics, She won 3 gold medals. So think what are the capabilities of a dreamer. So why you are afraid of dreaming??
I suggest to go home and write your dreams. stretch your thinking as far as it can go. Continuosly think of ways of acheiving it, chose a way and be persistent in your Action. Then there is no one in the world who can prohibit you from acheiving it.
Great persons were normal but have used the above principle so there is no reason why persons  like you and me cannot do it. Never underestimate yourself.
What is the worst scenario, your dream will not be fulfilled, but just think of the possibility if you are able to acheive it, You will jump in the air. It is worth to give your life in pursuit of your dream than to just sit and doing average things.

Albert Einstein said:
"The greatest sin that a man can commit is not to give to the world of what he is capable ."
And we all are commiting the same mistakes.

FEAR

I remember what Nelson Mandela said
"Courage is not the absence of fear but the conquer of fear."
So Ask yourself, what are the fears you are having and look for it causes and try to have a victory over it. Is it that simple? I dont think so. It is oneof the most difficult tasks that you will ever accomplish in one's life. Why?? Simply because all fears are in mind and it is very difficult to control the mind but just have a look at the history.
History continuosly reminds us that the world belongs to those who have conquered their fear. For example, look at the lives of Mahatma Gandhi, Hitler, etc. were they superhuman? Nopes, they were just normal persons like us who have conquered their fear.
What are the greatest fears in one's life? well in my view these three are the main, but it may vary from person to person and you are welcome to add up to the list.

 1. Fear of criticism -> 90% of the persons do not so what they want to do but do what they think others want them to do? What happens eventually ? We end up getting doing things which neither pleases others nor us.

  2. Fear of failure -> Studies show that this is the most dominant fear in human, it avoids them from taking the first step, by making them think that they are going to fail in their endeavour. I just want ypu to look at the life of Thomas Edison, he failed 10000 times before actually discovering the light. So, take inpiration from him and have full confidence in you. Afterall, one fails only after he quits trying.

  3. Fear Of Death -> This is the most absurd fear inside our brain. we all know that eventually we are going to die, but still we are afraid to die. Why ?? No one has an answer. It is like you want to go to heaven but do not want to die.

Napolean Hill in his book "Think and Grow Rich" has addressed all the fears very well. so I suggest you to read that book at least once.

The best way to remove fear is to do what you dread the most example if you have fear of heights, start visiting hilly areas, if you are not a confident speaker, start taking part in debates, and so on.
Dowhat you fear and the fear will go away.
